Spacious 189 sqm house just 600 meters from Barequecaba Beach, one of the most beloved beaches in Sao Sebastiao: extremely calm sea, a long stretch of firm sand, perfect for children and for sports like running, beach paddleball and even stand-up paddling. The historic center of Sao Sebastiao is 6.5 km away, and the ferry to Ilhabela is close by.

The house offers:

- 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and wardrobes

- 2 renovated bathrooms with shower, plus 1 guest toilet

- Living room with TV, sofa and dining table

- Full kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave

- Outdoor area with barbecue, table and chairs

- Outdoor shower to rinse off sand and salt after the beach

- Garage for up to 4 cars

- Fast Wi-Fi, good enough for remote work

We host up to 8 guests (infants are not counted). Pets are welcome for a fee of R$ 100 per pet, per stay.

Please note: guests must bring their own pillows, bed linen, bath towels, dish towels and personal items. The entire house runs on 220V.

Out of respect for the neighbors, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am — Sao Sebastiao has a municipal noise ordinance.

- Evitar barulho das 22h as 8h da manhã, respeitando o sossego e o bem estar dos vizinhos.
